Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Manage team accounts
  • Enforce plan limits
  • Send transactional emails
  • Improve product performance

We do not sell user data.

3. Youth & Minor Information

GameTrace may contain video of minors participating in sports.

We do not:

  • Collect minor data directly from children
  • Allow children to create independent accounts

Team administrators are responsible for obtaining any necessary parental permissions.

4. Data Storage & Security

We use:

  • Supabase (database & auth)
  • Cloudflare (video storage)
  • Stripe (billing)
  • Resend (transactional email)

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain data:

  • According to your subscription plan
  • Until account deletion
  • As required by law

Deleted content may remain in backups temporarily.

6. Share Links & Public Access

If a team creates a public share link:

  • Anyone with the link may access that content
  • We are not responsible for third-party redistribution

7. Third-Party Services

GameTrace integrates with:

  • Stripe
  • Cloudflare
  • Supabase
  • Resend

Each service has its own privacy policy.

8. Your Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may:

  • Request data access
  • Request deletion

10. Children's Privacy & Youth Sports Addendum

GameTrace is intended for use by coaches, team managers, and authorized adult representatives of youth sports teams.

GameTrace does not knowingly:

  • Allow children under 13 to create independent accounts.
  • Collect personal information directly from children.

However, videos uploaded to the Service may contain footage of minors participating in organized sports activities.

By uploading content to GameTrace, team administrators represent and warrant that:

  • They have appropriate authority from their organization to upload such content.
  • Any required parental or guardian consents have been obtained as required by applicable law or league policy.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that their child's personal information has been uploaded without appropriate authorization, they may contact us at:

We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include content removal.

GameTrace complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
